What you will do

  • Research and resolve inquiries from members and providers regarding benefits, eligibility, and claims.
  • Manage escalations and complaints with a focus on urgency, empathy, and professional follow-through.
  • Interpret complex billing guidelines, including CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
  • Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to solve complex member issues.
  • Participate in team huddles and supervisor check-ins to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service supporting a commercial health plan.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Must reside in the United States and work within the CST or EST time zone.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, private, and secure home office environment with high-speed internet.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex insurance topics clearly.
