What you will do

  • Develop and execute a proactive state government affairs roadmap to accelerate growth and infrastructure investment.
  • Cultivate partnerships with governors, legislators, energy regulators, and economic development officials.
  • Drive site selection and market expansion through strategic government engagement.
  • Influence legislative and regulatory landscapes regarding AI infrastructure, data centers, energy reliability, and tax policy.
  • Identify and leverage state-level incentives, grants, and workforce initiatives.
  • Advise senior leadership on political and regulatory dynamics to inform national strategy.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in state government affairs, public policy, or economic development.
  • Deep understanding of state legislative, regulatory, and political processes.
  • Proven track record of engaging directly with governors' offices and state legislatures.
  • Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, energy, or technology projects (AI, data centers, or telco preferred).
  • Must be based in the US.
