What you will do
- Partner with the CEO to translate broad vision into quarterly priorities and operating plans.
- Design and implement a comprehensive performance management framework including goal-setting and review cycles.
- Establish departmental KPIs and build data-driven reporting dashboards to monitor operational health.
- Lead the integration of AI tools and workflows into internal operations to increase organizational leverage.
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the organization without formal authority.
- Assist with board-level reporting and financial modeling for future fundraising.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in startup operations, Chief of Staff, BizOps, management consulting (MBB), or investment banking.
- Proven track record of building and scaling operational systems in high-growth environments.
- Practical experience deploying AI in operational settings to create business leverage.
- Experience establishing KPI systems and performance review cycles from scratch.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling a startup from Series A to D.
- Broad exposure across finance, people, legal, and sales operations.
- Experience with modern startup tools like Ramp, Carta, and HubSpot.
- Background in supporting fundraising or board reporting.
