What you will do

• Support the Slip Ring production line and manage outsource vendors.
• Oversee manufacturing process development collaborating with domestic and international teams.
• Create engineering and tool drawings, work instructions, labor standards, and facility layouts.
• Conduct mechanical and electrical manufacturing design reviews to improve manufacturability.
• Enforce and follow regulatory requirements, specifically ITAR.
• Provide detailed performance reports on schedules and expenditures to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field, or an associate degree with 3 years of related manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience working effectively within a team environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers and coworkers.
• Must have authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information.
