Compensation: $130,000 - 150,000 plus up to $20,000 bonus

What you will do

• Own GenAI initiatives end-to-end from problem framing through production deployment and continuous monitoring.
• Design, develop, and deploy single-agent and multi-agent systems and orchestration patterns.
• Build production-grade RAG and Graph RAG architectures.
• Develop enterprise-grade AI assistants, copilots, and workflow agents.
• Implement hallucination mitigation and response validation strategies.
• Build evaluation frameworks, guardrails, tracing, and production monitoring.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI engineering, LLM systems, or Applied AI since 2022.
• 5+ years of experience in Python software engineering, backend engineering, or platform engineering.
• Proven track record of deploying production systems, APIs, or distributed applications.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and vector/graph databases.
• Proficiency with Python, FastAPI/Flask, async workflows, and CI/CD.
• Must possess Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit.

Nice to have

• Experience in specification-first, contract-driven, or Spec-Driven Development (SDD) environments.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
