What you will do

• Design and deploy sophisticated AI models leveraging LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, and Mistral.
• Implement RAG architectures and advanced prompt engineering (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct) to improve accuracy and traceability.
• Develop and fine-tune multimodal and small language models (VLM, SLM) to maximize business value.
• Establish MLOps pipelines including CI/CD, versioning, and monitoring on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Create rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure model reliability, fairness, safety, and compliance with GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to bridge AI capabilities with client needs.

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3+ years of experience in ML, software engineering, or data science with demonstrated experience in LLM projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Proven experience in NLP/NLU, vector embeddings, semantic search, and fine-tuning LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools (Docker, Git).
• Working language: English

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI systems using LangGraph or AutoGen.
• Experience with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma, or OpenSearch.
• Experience developing conversational AI systems and chatbots.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for connecting LLMs to external tools.
