• Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Manage customer credit limits and implement credit policy rules.
• Maintain and optimize reporting systems using Power BI.
• Develop and enhance reporting systems through the integration of AI.
• Foster and maintain professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of professional background in credit control.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience or knowledge in AI and its derivatives.
• Advanced or fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments.
