What you will do

• Manage and maintain the general ledger to ensure accurate financial records.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle accrual accounting and prepare month-end journal entries.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and supporting reports.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams on financial analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, and accrual accounting.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is strongly preferred (SNF, Assisted Living, Home Health).
• Must be available to work Night Shift (EST).
