Senior DevSecOps Engineer (Aerospace)

Senior DevSecOps Engineer (DevSecOps): Maintaining application pipelines and integration environments for the JASSM Enterprise Software program with an accent on security integration and environment stability. Focus on automating CI/CD pipelines, implementing SAST/DAST tools, and supporting cross-functional teams in a high-security government environment.

Location: Hybrid (King of Prussia, PA); must be a US Citizen with government security clearance

What you will do

• Maintain JES portfolio application pipelines and test/integration environments.
• Support developers in configuring local development environments and connectivity.
• Coordinate release candidate builds and delivery schedules with Fielding and Operations teams.
• Develop and maintain DevSecOps documentation for internal and external technical communication.
• Collaborate with multi-site teams in a dynamic customer environment.

Requirements

• US Citizenship and active government security clearance (Secret).
• Proficiency with Docker/podman, Kubernetes, Openshift, and Gitlab CI.
• Understanding of cloud computing design and security principles.
• Experience with C, C++, Python, Powershell, Typescript, C#, or Java.
• Experience in Agile environments using Jira, AzureDevOps, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Knowledge of IaC and end-to-end CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Security+ certification.
• Expertise with SAST/DAST tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx, OWASP ZAP) and container security (Trivy, Aqua).
• Experience with Vaults and Government IL6 cloud environments.
• Ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
