What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of Class 8 terminals to enable and optimize self-driving truck networks.
• Analyze and optimize hub layouts, facility flow, and transportation distribution workflows.
• Develop the overall rollout and expansion strategy for Hubs based on technical capabilities and customer preferences.
• Perform cost/benefit analyses on freight terminal operations and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs and external consultants on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Support planning for pilot operations with potential customers and partners, including contingency planning.

Requirements

• Must reside anywhere within the U.S.
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field with 2+ years of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with Class 8 truck and trailer hub operations.
• Knowledge of truckload (TL), LTL, intermodal segments, 3PL, Brokerage, and technologies such as EDI, TMS, and telematics.
• Expertise in freight planning, management, and hub-and-spoke network optimization.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI.
