What you will do

  • Develop scalable enablement resources and collateral, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and objection-handling guides.
  • Build and manage onboarding and ongoing training programs for revenue teams on product positioning and competitive landscape.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify enablement gaps and improve seller effectiveness across the funnel.
  • Support GTM initiatives and product launches with tailored internal and external communications.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform messaging and content priorities.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or B2B marketing within ad tech, martech, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of creating client-facing sales collateral and delivering training programs for revenue teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a focus on storytelling.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly messaging.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Location: Must be based in New York, New York

Nice to have

  • Experience in video advertising, YouTube, CTV, or programmatic ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with agency and brand advertiser workflows.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
