Salary: $145,000 - $155,000

What you will do
- Present data-driven value stories and actionable insights to key clients to demonstrate solution performance.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for account retention and upselling new product lines.
- Manage multi-level relationships with employers, brokers, and consultants as a trusted advisor.
- Define and achieve KPIs related to retention, satisfaction, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal executive teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Travel up to 25% for in-person client and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience in healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance.
- Proven success managing relationships with large, complex employers.
- Must be based on the West Coast.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and driving client ROI.
- Expertise in presenting complex information to diverse executive audiences.
