TL;DR

Location: Remote, must be based on the West Coast (USA)

Salary: $145,000 - $155,000

What you will do

  • Present data-driven value stories and actionable insights to key clients to demonstrate solution performance.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for account retention and upselling new product lines.
  • Manage multi-level relationships with employers, brokers, and consultants as a trusted advisor.
  • Define and achieve KPIs related to retention, satisfaction, and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with internal executive teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Travel up to 25% for in-person client and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategic and consultative selling experience in healthcare, employer benefits, or insurance.
  • Proven success managing relationships with large, complex employers.
  • Must be based on the West Coast.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong analytical skills for financial modeling and driving client ROI.
  • Expertise in presenting complex information to diverse executive audiences.
