What you will do

• Provide end-user support to resolve application and hardware problems.
• Log, triage, and troubleshoot incidents, escalating to appropriate groups when necessary.
• Install, update, and maintain software and hardware, including Microsoft Office 365.
• Perform preventive maintenance and manage hardware inventory.
• Train staff on corporate information systems and copier operations.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and knowledge base updates.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant IT experience in a commercial networked environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Windows OS.
• Excellent in-person customer service skills.
