What you will do

• Perform general system administration including user account management, security policy implementation, and software patching.
• Provide tier 1 technical support to a group of approximately 20 users.
• Handle installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of digitization hardware.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using AWS services such as VPC, Subnet, and EC2.
• Develop automation scripts and utilize CloudFormation for infrastructure management.
• Oversee backup and restoration procedures and manage PKI infrastructure certificates.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1
• Experience in hardware maintenance and general system administration.
• Proficiency with cloud provider services and associated scripting languages.
• Knowledge of security and accreditation practices and procedures.
• Understanding of network devices and PKI infrastructure.
