What you will do

• Serve as the primary escalation point for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across IT systems and infrastructure.
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis to implement long-term corrective actions.
• Manage and execute functional responsibilities for mission-critical systems independently.
• Mentor and provide technical direction to junior team members.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles to increase support efficiency.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• 10+ years of relevant technical support experience.
• IAT Level II certification compliance.
• Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Annapolis Junction, MD.
