What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing data science team at the intersection of blockchain and machine learning.
• Drive technical innovation across the data stack, including Airflow, BigQuery, and Kafka.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to transform raw blockchain data into actionable insights.
• Set new standards for accuracy and usability in blockchain attribution products.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier data science talent.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing data science or ML teams.
• Proven experience with large-scale data systems like BigQuery or Snowflake.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with production code practices.
• Must be available for at least 6 hours of overlap with US Eastern time.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Physics, Engineering).
• AI fluency is a baseline expectation for all team members.
