Salary: MXN 600,000 – 710,000 annually

What you will do

  • Build, launch, and manage full-funnel marketing campaigns across email, paid media, social, and webinars.
  • Own HubSpot operations including landing pages, forms, workflows, lead segmentation, and attribution tracking.
  • Use AI tools to identify high-intent accounts and build intelligence briefs for the sales team.
  • Manage paid search and social campaigns, optimizing for CPL, ROI, and pipeline contribution.
  • Support SEO and GEO strategies to improve content discoverability in AI search engines.
  • Partner with SDRs and sales to improve account prioritization and lead follow-up speed.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth, or marketing operations.
  • Strong HubSpot experience is required.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Must be based in Mexico with the ability to collaborate across North American time zones.
  • Experience with paid media, SEO, website optimization, and performance reporting.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and sales intelligence platforms like Apollo, Clay, or ZoomInfo.
