What you will do

• Control and maintain project accounting and billing systems, including contract interpretation and data entry.
• Produce client invoices and resolve internal and external billing inquiries.
• Prepare custom financial reports regarding project status for leadership.
• Manage accounts receivable, including tracking hold-backs, royalties, and reconciling general ledger accounts.
• Collect overdue receivables and monitor client credit limits.
• Perform system testing and provide training to technical staff on accounting software.

Requirements

• College certificate in a relevant field of study.
• Two years of experience in a clerical accounting position using project accounting, billing, and accounts receivable systems (e.g., SAP).
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
