What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce clients and build long-term professional relationships.
• Lead client onboarding and end-to-end Shopify store setup projects.
• Configure store elements including products, collections, navigation, shipping, taxes, and payment gateways.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide strategic guidance on Shopify best practices and troubleshoot store issues.
• Monitor account performance to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, or Project Manager in e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience setting up and configuring Shopify stores from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of Shopify themes, apps, and store settings.
• Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• Knowledge of e-commerce integrations (ERP, CRM, fulfillment platforms).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.
• Experience with Google Analytics or GA4 reporting.
• Background working in a digital agency environment.
