Location: Remote (Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina)

hirify.global is a service-based agency with a dedicated Shopify practice focusing on driving growth for eCommerce brands.

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day client relationships for retainer and project accounts, ensuring proactive communication and service excellence.
  • Execute hands-on UX/UI design for landing pages, product pages, and full store redesigns.
  • Lead CRO initiatives by identifying friction points and running data-driven A/B tests to improve store performance.
  • Coordinate with SEO, paid media, and lifecycle marketing specialists to align and execute growth initiatives.
  • Oversee project delivery for the development team, ensuring proper scoping and alignment with client goals.
  • Define service offerings and operational improvements to evolve the company's Shopify practice.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
  • 4+ years of experience in eCommerce with a strong UX/UI design background.
  • Proven experience managing client relationships in agency or consulting environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
  • Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and funnel analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Shopify development skills (Liquid, custom themes, app integrations).
  • Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Knowledge of eCommerce SEO and Klaviyo/CRM platforms.
  • Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
  • Background in supporting business development and sales proposals.
