What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client relationships for retainer and project accounts, ensuring proactive communication and service excellence.
- Execute hands-on UX/UI design for landing pages, product pages, and full store redesigns.
- Lead CRO initiatives by identifying friction points and running data-driven A/B tests to improve store performance.
- Coordinate with SEO, paid media, and lifecycle marketing specialists to align and execute growth initiatives.
- Oversee project delivery for the development team, ensuring proper scoping and alignment with client goals.
- Define service offerings and operational improvements to evolve the company's Shopify practice.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or Argentina.
- 4+ years of experience in eCommerce with a strong UX/UI design background.
- Proven experience managing client relationships in agency or consulting environments.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify or Shopify Plus.
- Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and funnel analysis.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Nice to have
- Shopify development skills (Liquid, custom themes, app integrations).
- Experience with CRO tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Microsoft Clarity.
- Knowledge of eCommerce SEO and Klaviyo/CRM platforms.
- Experience working with DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.
- Background in supporting business development and sales proposals.
