What you will do

• Own and scale Shopify channel, driving revenue, CVR, AOV, and LTV.
• Manage Shopify ecosystem including themes, integrations, site performance, and infrastructure.
• Lead product launches with optimized pages, bundles, subscriptions, and merchandising.
• Drive CRO through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data experimentation.
• Build analytics dashboards for traffic, conversion, retention, and unit economics.
• Develop lifecycle marketing strategies (email/SMS) for retention and subscriptions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and establish scalable processes and SOPs.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Shopify team.

Requirements

• Proven experience scaling Shopify stores in DTC brands with impact on revenue, CVR, AOV, LTV, retention.
• Strong expertise in Shopify (themes, Liquid, apps, integrations).
• Advanced skills in analytics, CRO, A/B testing, performance optimization, dashboards.
• Deep experience with Klaviyo for segmentation, automation, attribution.
• Understanding of tracking, attribution, pixel/event implementation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and intrapreneurial mindset.
• Leadership experience or readiness to build teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in supplements, health/wellness, or regulated DTC categories.
