Compensation: $190,000–$200,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage the experimentation ecosystem, including design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests for underwriting and product features.
• Translate risk scores and model outputs into actionable lending strategies and approval thresholds.
• Serve as the central source of truth for experiment results and interpretation across the organization.
• Define and standardize core product and financial metrics to measure model impact and user behavior.
• Partner with Product, Finance, Risk, and Engineering teams to evaluate trade-offs and inform product development.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders regarding the implications of experimental data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or product analytics.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimental design, A/B testing, and causal inference.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end experimentation programs.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Finance, or Strategy teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, lending, or credit-related products.
• Familiarity with underwriting concepts like risk scoring and loss modeling.
• Experience building forecasting models for business or financial metrics.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
