Salary: $176,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders to define success metrics and data-driven strategy.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experimentation frameworks across product teams.
• Lead deep-dive investigations into business and product performance to identify root causes.
• Build analytical frameworks to proactively detect anomalies, risks, and emerging trends.
• Identify and drive the adoption of AI-powered analytics and decision-support capabilities.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or related analytical roles.
• Strong expertise in SQL and working with large-scale datasets.
• Proven experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools like Tableau, Mode, or Power BI.
• Must be able to work from the Seattle, WA office at least 3 days per week.
