What you will do
- Own and manage all People & Talent (P&T) data assets, including robust data models, pipelines, and governance.
- Develop scalable dashboards and self-serve analytics for P&T, Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Engineering stakeholders.
- Define and manage the P&T analytics roadmap to improve automation, data quality, and end-user access.
- Act as the subject matter expert on people data, ensuring strict adherence to privacy and governance standards.
- Enable AI-powered analytics use cases to enhance decision-making processes within the HR ecosystem.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics with end-to-end ownership of production data models and pipelines.
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks and transformation frameworks like dbt.
- Knowledge of HR and recruiting data systems (e.g., BambooHR, Ashby) and rigorous data privacy standards.
- Must be based in San Francisco
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered analytics, self-serve tools, or LLM-powered data access solutions.
- Experience in causal inference, experimentation, or forecasting to analyze metric changes.
