What you will do

• Set the 3-year vision and strategy for customer-facing servicing and back-office fulfillment.
• Own day-to-day operational metrics including resolution speed, quality, cost, and associate engagement.
• Build and develop high-performing in-house and outsourced contact center teams.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define the future direction of servicing operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and complaint-handling standards.
• Implement remediation plans to address operational performance gaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading contact center or back-office servicing operations.
• 10+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
• Proven experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment.
• Track record of building strategy for a service or operations function.
• Strong influence and communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
