Salary: $167,000 - $209,000

What you will do
- Set the 3-year vision and strategy for customer-facing servicing and back-office fulfillment.
- Own day-to-day operational metrics including resolution speed, quality, cost, and associate engagement.
- Build and develop high-performing in-house and outsourced contact center teams.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the future direction of servicing operations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and complaint-handling standards.
- Implement remediation plans to address operational performance gaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading contact center or back-office servicing operations.
- 10+ years of people management experience, including managing managers.
- Proven experience in a regulated financial services or fintech environment.
- Track record of building strategy for a service or operations function.
- Strong influence and communication skills for stakeholders at all levels.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
