Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 base

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner to the CEO to co-design the company's operating cadence and corporate priorities.
  • Drive synergy and alignment across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance, and People functions to accelerate growth.
  • Build and scale company-wide operating models, including OKRs and infrastructure for global expansion.
  • Design organizational structures and resource allocation models to improve decision-making speed.
  • Partner with Finance leadership on annual operating plans, corporate budgeting, and resource optimization.
  • Mentor and scale a world-class operational team while fostering a culture of high ownership and accountability.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of executive leadership experience in business operations, corporate strategy, or general management within high-growth tech companies.
  • Proven track record scaling B2B SaaS companies through critical growth inflection points (Series B to IPO).
  • Experience managing complex organizations spanning commercial, operational, and corporate functions.
  • Deep business and financial acumen with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics and corporate governance.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience as a COO, President, General Manager, or VP of Operations at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience in HR tech, payroll, or workforce management.
  • Experience scaling global distributed teams and managing international corporate entities.
  • Background in M&A, corporate development, or fundraising.
