What you will do
- Plan and execute operational aspects of tradeshows, conferences, and learning labs.
- Manage booth logistics, including shipping, vendor services, and inventory of marketing materials.
- Drive event registrations through pre-show outreach and collaboration with Sales and CS teams.
- Oversee event budgets, monitor spending, and partner with Finance on reporting.
- Track event performance metrics and ROI to guide future participation.
- Maintain operational documentation and build repeatable playbooks for event processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Columbus, OH area or within a reasonable commuting distance.
- 1-3 years of experience in event planning, field marketing, or relevant marketing/sales roles.
- Proficiency with event management software and expense management tools.
- Ability to travel for events approximately 1-2 times per quarter.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent events.
- Must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH during the first week of onboarding.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS marketing operations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Notion, Swoogo, and Brex.
