Salary: $130,000 - $162,000

What you will do

• Plan and execute virtual events and webinars, including scheduling, platform setup, and live production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align event content and messaging with campaign and sales priorities.
• Manage end-to-end event workflows, including promotion, registration, and post-event follow-up.
• Monitor live events to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot technical issues in real time.
• Analyze event performance and compile reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Experiment with new engagement formats such as interactive Q&A, polls, and breakout rooms.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, events, or webinar production within a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proficiency with virtual event platforms like Zoom, ON24, CVent, or Goldcast.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing event performance.
