Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

TL;DR

Conversion Rate Optimization Manager (Marketing): Strategizing, prioritizing, and executing A/B and multivariate tests to increase online conversions and website performance across all business lines. Focus on developing an experimentation roadmap, creating personalized website experiences, and analyzing performance data to drive growth.

Location: Remote (US only). Must be based in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA. Working while traveling to other states or countries is not permitted.

Salary: $100k–$120k annually + 15% bonus potential

What you will do

• Own the CRO and personalization strategy, analytics, and technology stack.
• Develop and maintain an aggressive experimentation and insights roadmap.
• Execute continuous optimizations across web surfaces to improve conversion rates.
• Create personalized, targeted website experiences based on key segments and personas.
• Analyze test outcomes and provide regular reports on performance and insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch new landing pages and onsite experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of conversion optimization experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools like VWO, Mutiny, or Optimizely.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills for translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Must reside in an approved US state (AL, AZ, CT, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, MD, MN, MO, NJ, NY, NC, OR, PA, TN, TX, WA).

Nice to have

• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, DOM, CSS, APIs, Javascript).
• Applied mathematics or statistics experience.
• Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design best practices.
• Experience with e-commerce purchase flows.
