What you will do
- Perform audits of web analytics implementations to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Identify user pain points and behavioral trends using heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys.
- Develop and execute data-backed A/B and multivariate testing plans.
- Analyze test results to generate actionable optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement winning website changes.
- Produce initial, monthly, and quarterly client reports on optimization progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, and improving user experience.
- Expertise with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, or Magento.
- Proficiency with heatmap tools such as Microsoft Clarity.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and typing speed of 50+ WPM.
- Available to work remotely from any country.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Specialization in eCommerce CRO strategies.
- Experience with personalization tools and landing page optimization.
