What you will do
- Communicate with clients professionally via email and phone.
- Support Account Managers in coordinating and executing client requests on time.
- Resolve issues and complete tasks related to client websites, campaigns, or accounts.
- Answer basic client questions about campaigns and accounts.
- Track reactive client emails to ensure acknowledgements before the end of the day.
- Provide flexible support for basic client needs when Account Managers are unavailable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Advertising/Business/Communications (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–1 year of experience, including internships.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills to manage multiple client/AM requests.
- Ability to problem-solve and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Hiring process
- 30-minute initial phone screen with a recruiter.
- 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager.
- 60-minute in-person panel interview with the hiring team.
Location: Shreveport, LA
Salary: $52,000–$60,000 base (entry-level to highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits.
