Salary: $52,000–$60,000

What you will do
- Communicate professionally with clients via email and phone to address account and campaign questions.
- Support Account Managers in the coordination and execution of client requests.
- Resolve issues related to client websites, advertising campaigns, or account settings.
- Track and acknowledge all reactive client emails promptly.
- Delegate tasks effectively to the appropriate internal support teams.
- Maintain high standards of service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 year of experience in customer service, marketing, or account coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Effective organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
