What you will do

• Define and manage technical architecture for customer vehicle integration, focusing on interfaces between hirify.global software and OEM/Tier 1 systems.
• Translate product requirements and customer needs into actionable technical specifications and interface contracts.
• Collaborate with Software Architects to ensure customer program integration aligns with core product architecture.
• Develop and maintain program-facing technical documentation, including integration guides and architecture diagrams.
• Coordinate with Validation Engineers to define integration test requirements and ensure verifiability.
• Represent hirify.global’s technical approach and assumptions in OEM and Tier 1 technical discussions.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, UK.
• Extensive experience in technical architecture for ADAS, autonomous driving, or embedded vehicle systems.
• Strong understanding of vehicle electronics, ECU integration, real-time execution, and production software environments.
• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as CAN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet, SOME/IP, or AUTOSAR.
• Proven experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, validation-ready technical specifications.

Nice to have

• Experience working as a Tier 1 supplier in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
• Hands-on experience with embedded Linux, QNX, or custom automotive middleware.
• Experience with sensor integration including cameras, radar, IMU, and GNSS.
