What you will do

• Partner with Sales teams to lead the technical evaluation and adoption of hirify.global solutions for prospects and customers.
• Manage the technical pre-sales process, including discovery, product demos, Proofs of Concept (POC), and RFP responses.
• Develop custom search applications and prototypes leveraging hirify.global's APIs and ecosystem.
• Act as a technical advisor for CTOs, product managers, and engineers to ensure a strong product fit.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and relay product feedback.
• Coordinate with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless post-sales onboarding.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian and English is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, or Consultant), preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Software development experience in frontend (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) or backend (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift) technologies.
• Experience with data formats and data transformation.
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Must be based in London, England.

Nice to have

• Additional European languages, such as Spanish.
• Background in the search industry or e-commerce.
• Knowledge of frameworks like Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems, autonomous reasoning, or multi-agent orchestration.
• Knowledge of SEO and Analytics.
