What you will do

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with top-tier AI engineers, researchers, and ecosystem leaders.
• Own end-to-end recruiting operations, including system optimization and automated workflows.
• Define and implement company culture, values, and onboarding processes.
• Represent the company at industry events and host community gatherings.
• Collaborate with GTM engineers to create connection pathways into high-priority leads.
• Develop and execute storytelling strategies to evangelize the company vision.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Genuine interest in frontier models and ability to articulate the company vision.
• Proven experience in networking, recruiting, or GTM roles.
• Strong soft skills with an extroverted approach to building professional relationships.
• Startup experience in early-stage technology companies.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

• Strong existing network within the RL research and startup communities.
• Experience in community management or content creation.
• Technical aptitude sufficient to explain complex products accurately.
• Standout portfolio of writing.
