What you will do

• Analyze specifications and data (profiling, measurements, and improvement opportunities).
• Create and maintain data visualizations, including architecture, implementation, training, support, monitoring, and tuning.
• Present data as clear, compelling stories to drive stakeholder understanding and decisions.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Develop a performance management framework, defining KPIs and ensuring they are measurable.
• Produce regular performance reports and dashboards in collaboration with agile delivery teams.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst.
• Degree in Computer Science or STEM.
• Strong communication skills for presenting analysis and visualizations with tactical and strategic recommendations.
• Deep understanding of technical concepts and how they fit into the broader technical landscape.
• Experience working within an agile development team.
• SQL programming skills and experience building complex reports/dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
