What you will do

• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data integrity and tailored visualizations for business needs.
• Design data models and database strategies using Microsoft Azure in collaboration with Data Engineering and Analytics lead.
• Engage with stakeholders to align BI initiatives with business strategies, gather feedback, and refine tools.
• Implement analytics for strategic insights, including predictive and prescriptive analytics in Power BI.
• Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and teams to promote continuous learning and BI adoption.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in BI development with focus on Microsoft Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power BI reports, dashboards, Power Query, DAX, data models, and data integration.
• Good understanding of data modelling, relationships, DAX calculations, and optimisation.
• Experience with Power BI Dataflows for data ingestion, transformation, and preparation.
• SQL proficiency for data manipulation and querying.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps for workload management; strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and teams.
