TL;DR

Data Analyst (SQL/Tableau): Developing and maintaining reporting dashboards and data models for the IFRS 17 platform with an accent on data reconciliation, migration, and governance. Focus on automating analytics delivery through CI/CD pipelines and Python-based tooling within a highly controlled financial environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data models ensuring alignment with governed reporting standards.
  • Lead Tableau migration activities as Snowflake data sources are re-engineered and moved to new servers.
  • Implement stronger SDLC controls, including version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD deployment automation.
  • Execute comprehensive testing and reconciliation activities to validate outputs against back-end data.
  • Collaborate with data engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and triage issues.
  • Provide business-as-usual support, including performance optimization and incident investigation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to Hove, UK.
  • Strong experience with high-volume datasets and robust data testing/reconciliation.
  • Proven expertise in developing and maintaining high-quality Tableau dashboards.
  • Experience designing reporting datasets and data models using SQL (ideally Snowflake).
  • Ability to work within a controlled, audited environment adhering to strict governance standards.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL and Tableau; experience with Python, Git, or CI/CD is highly advantageous.
