What you will do

• Own high-impact analytics projects from scoping through delivery, ensuring actionable insights, clear recommendations, and implementation.
• Serve as go-to expert for data-led decision-making and present findings to senior leadership with business relevance.
• Champion evidence-based decision-making culture and uplift analytical capabilities across the organization.
• Develop, track, and evolve KPIs to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
• Apply statistical or advanced analytical methods to deepen insights and guide strategy.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency in all analytical work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytics or data experience with proven impact through data.
• Advanced SQL skills; fluency in Python or R is a plus.
• Strong experience with modern data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Ability to own complex projects autonomously and prioritize across multiple business needs.
• Broad experience across domains like marketing analytics, product performance, financial modeling, customer insights.
• Comfort with ambiguity, independent problem scoping, and strong communication to influence decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience in international payments company.
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts or data professionals.
• Understanding of statistical modeling and experimentation design.
• Experience building scalable dashboards, self-serve tools, and reporting infrastructure.
