Salary: $178,400 – $267,600 USD

What you will do

• Champion the NPI Operations mission by delivering sustainable and scalable supply chains for new medical products.
• Represent Operations on project core teams, coordinating across manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, and quality functions.
• Define and execute strategic portfolio direction to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
• Oversee critical project metrics including launch stability, gross margins, and inventory management.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams to ensure clarity, urgency, and successful implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for NPI Operations to ensure seamless cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Proven track record in new product development (NPD) and new product introduction (NPI).
• Strong project management expertise with financial accountability.
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Lafayette, Colorado.

Nice to have

• PMP or similar project management certification.
• Technical proficiency in process development activities such as IQ, OQ, PQ, and PPAP.
• Deep understanding of operational costing including LBM and inventory management.
