What you will do

• Process sales orders efficiently and accurately to meet delivery deadlines.
• Support inside and outside sales representatives with order management and change requests.
• Monitor overall account activity and verify order accuracy.
• Track market conditions and create detailed sales performance reports.
• Manage leads and prepare product or license quotes for pre-sales customers.
• Collaborate with sales management and customer service teams to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Buffalo, NY.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in a functional role.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant functional experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex order workflows.
• Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.
• Must pass a drug test and pre-employment background check.
