What you will do
- Run day-to-day operations for the Financial Wellness platform, related tools, and reporting.
- Coordinate implementation and ongoing build-out of plans, marketing materials, and program resources with internal stakeholders.
- Manage ROBO platform operations, including onboarding new advisors and training.
- Support advisors and plan sponsors with program overviews, demos, and ongoing operational support.
- Assist with participant Managed Account services, including document collection, enrollment, and ensuring portfolio/model compliance.
- Answer user inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with firm and regulatory policies.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in financial services; working knowledge of personal finance topics, investment vehicles, and 401(k) plans.
- FINRA Series 65 licensing required.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present publicly.
- Previous experience in a customer support role; strong customer focus and adaptability.
- Strong PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce CRM, and financial industry tools) and ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Detail-oriented problem-solving and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
