Salary: $59,700–$84,300

What you will do

• Conduct one-on-one virtual and on-site group meetings to educate participants on retirement plans.
• Drive measurable actions such as plan enrollment, deferral increases, and rollovers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and plan sponsors.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel requirements within the assigned territory.
• Complete reporting requirements and log outcomes in internal systems.
• Provide feedback to relationship managers on communication strategies and materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater Detroit area and available for local travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations (or ability to obtain within established timelines).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.
• Practical experience in consultative client interactions.
• Basic knowledge of defined contribution plans.
