What you will do

• Process new account documents, maintenance requests, transfers, and distributions.
• Analyze and resolve complex or non-routine service transactions and items.
• Manage incoming and outbound calls with members and field professionals.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and state/federal regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with clearing firms and internal business units to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Support the development of operational policies, procedures, and quality assessments.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience in brokerage or financial operations
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and financial reporting tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible day or evening shifts based on volume forecasts
