TL;DR

Lead Strategic Customer Success Partner (Transportation/Logistics): Drive client retention and satisfaction for a portfolio of transportation/logistics accounts with an accent on strategic account planning, cross-sell/up-sell, and executive-level communication. Focus on building account plans from customer success playbooks, owning MBR/QBR deck creation from scratch, and partnering with operations to deliver continuous improvement across multiple projects.

Location: onsite at customer facility in Franklin, TN, United States

What you will do

  • Manage a $2M+ net revenue portfolio and drive business growth.
  • Design and create cross-sell/up-sell opportunities aligned to customer needs.
  • Set strategic customer goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure satisfaction across multiple projects.
  • Own MBR/QBR design, creating custom, complex slides and decks with minimal support.
  • Handle escalations and lead tough customer conversations.
  • Support contract negotiations, budgeting, and resource allocation; guide CE best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing role within transportation/logistics.
  • Experience with financial responsibilities (cost savings, net revenue, P&L) for a managed book of business.
  • Experience creating reports in Excel or Google Docs.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related fields.
  • 8+ years logistics and transportation experience.
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Account management experience.
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI.
