What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions to help new customers achieve their goals.
  • Manage a dedicated book of business, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting monthly retention targets.
  • Drive product engagement to ensure customers realize fast time-to-value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of evolving company products and services.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Raleigh, NC.
  • Strong organizational and process management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven problem-solving mindset and client advocacy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
