Salary: $157,000 – $210,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of business systems initiatives for DC Operations from project kickoff through production deployment.
• Act as the primary liaison between DC Ops and IT, Systems Engineering, Security, and Data/Analytics teams.
• Define standardized workflows and data models for work order intake, change management, asset lifecycle, and capacity tracking.
• Own the deployment and enhancement of DCIM, CMMS, and Jira/ITSM platforms.
• Manage software vendors and systems integrators to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
• Lead change management, including communications, training, and adoption metrics for system rollouts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business systems, IT business analysis, or technical program management.
• 3+ years of experience supporting data centers, mission-critical facilities, or comparable physical operations.
• Hands-on experience implementing at least two of: DCIM, CMMS, ITSM/Jira platforms, or project controls.
• Technical familiarity with REST APIs, integration patterns, and basic SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) for export control compliance.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling business systems in hyper-growth or M&A environments.
• Experience with hyperscale or AI/HPC data center environments, including liquid-cooled deployments.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, or NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of BI tooling (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and data warehouse concepts.
