What you will do

• Own project plans, schedules, risk logs, and operational readiness tracking for integration initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Map current and future-state processes using BPMN to ensure workflow consistency.
• Produce structured, version-controlled integration specifications for engineering teams.
• Design acceptance criteria and maintain requirements traceability matrices.
• Coordinate weekly integration workstream cadences and produce executive governance reporting.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a technical project manager, business analyst, or systems analyst in infrastructure or datacenter environments.
• Strong expertise in requirements engineering and documenting technical specifications.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (BPMN) and project tracking software like Jira or MS Project.
• Understanding of ITIL service management principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• PMP, CBAP, or PMI-PBA certification.
• Experience with API-based integrations and data pipeline design.
