What you will do

• Define product value proposition, positioning, and messaging across experiment tracking, model evaluation, agent observability improvement, and MLOps workflows.
• Create narratives, demos, and product storytelling for AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision-makers.
• Support product launches with persona-driven messaging based on customer insights, market research, and product adoption data.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Content Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to develop campaign briefs, customer stories, case studies, and reference materials.
• Build sales enablement assets (messaging frameworks, battlecards, competitive intelligence, presentations) and support technical enablement.
• Measure and report effectiveness using adoption, engagement, and pipeline metrics; analyze retention and competitive dynamics to improve messaging and growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, developer marketing, or a related go-to-market role.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand AI/ML and developer workflows and translate them into clear customer value and differentiated positioning.
• Experience creating product launches and customer-facing go-to-market assets (demos, case studies, webinars, sales enablement materials).
• Familiarity with customer research, persona development, customer journeys, and customer advocacy programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Curiosity about AI, machine learning, LLMs, and AI agents, and the tools developers use to build, evaluate, and operate AI systems.
