What you will do

• Own the end-to-end AI product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing investments based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic differentiation.
• Lead discovery and validation of high-value customer problems where AI can meaningfully improve decision-making and productivity.
• Convert prioritized AI opportunities into clear product requirements, PRDs, and MVP definitions.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to navigate technical tradeoffs, model behavior, and system constraints during early delivery.
• Define AI evaluation and success criteria to ensure products are ready for customer validation and scale.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams to shape positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for new AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional experience, with 6+ years in Product Management, preferably in B2B SaaS, AI, or data-driven products.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of owning 0-to-1 product strategy, from initial discovery to customer validation.
• Strong familiarity with autonomous agents, MCPs, agent orchestration, and enterprise AI governance.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
